Mary Frances Anne Peterson

Mrs. Mary Frances Anne Peterson, 74, of D'Iberville, MS, died Sunday, December 25, 2011, in D'Iberville. Mrs. Peterson was born in Dorset, England and had been a longtime resident of the Coast. She was a Presbyterian. She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, James Peterson. She is survived by her children, Carolyn (James) Herrington of Deridder, LA, Gail (David, Sr.) Lawrence, David (Rhonda) Peterson, Michael (Alicia) Peterson, and Jody (Amy) Peterson all of Biloxi; siblings, Elaine Heskett, Durrington, of Wiltshire, England, Margaret Ford of Bishopton, Scotland, Marion Veasy, Durrington Wiltshire, England, Dennis Major of Bourmouth, Hamshire England; eleven grandchildren, Mark, David, Jr., Christopher (Michelle), Steven (Bridget), Brett, Timothy, Michaela, Michael, Mason, Cody and Miyah; six great grandchildren, Jacob, Gage, Madi, Devin, Trey and Dayton; and her favorite companion, Pee Wee, her lap dog. The family would like to express their appreciation to her neighborhood family of 39 years and everyone who has cared for her during her battle with cancer. A special thank you to Keesler AFB Medical Center and Odyssey Hospice. Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 28, 2011, at 11:30 a.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 675 Howard Avenue, in Biloxi where friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
