Mary H. Nix, 76, of Biloxi died Monday, May 9, 2005 in Biloxi.
Mrs. Nix was born June 17, 1928 in Sardis, MS.
She was an active member of Cedar Lake United Methodist Church and was a member of Ladies Extension Club. She was an avid bridge player and loved to travel.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Nix and her parents, R.J. Hufft and Helen C. Hufft.
She is survived by two sons, John Nix and his wife, Kathy of Biloxi and Scott Nix and his wife, Kathryn of Thousand Oaks, GA; a sister, Martha Still of Biloxi; two brothers, Raymond James Hufft, Jr. and his wife, Fran of Nashville, TN and John Carlton Hufft and his wife, Jane of Goshen, IN; two grandchildren, Johneen Nix of Atlanta, GA and Brad Nix and his wife, Angie and a great-granddaughter, Makayla Nix, all of Pensacola, FL.
The funeral service will be Wednesday, May 11, 2005 at 12 noon at Cedar Lake United Methodist Church in Biloxi where friends may visit from 11 a.m. until the service. Interment will follow at Cedar Lake Cemetery, Biloxi.
