Marylee Borries Martino

Marylee Borries Martino of Ocean Springs, MS died Wednesday, February 17, 2010. Mrs. Martino was born April 5, 1922 to Octave and Margaret Borries. She was an active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, an honorary member of the Fleur de Lis Society. Mrs. Martino enjoyed bingo, bowling and boating. Mrs. Martino is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, George Martino; brothers, James (Mildred) Borries, Octave (Joyce) Borries; sisters, Ruby (Bob) Costello, Bertha Ann (Marshall) Ryals; grandson, Mikie Martino and granddaughter, Sherry Comans. She is survived by her daughter, Charlotte Parker; her sons, George N. Martino, Michael Martino and Scott (Theresa) Martino; grandchildren, Donnie (Mozzie) Parker, Kim (Keith) Varnado, David (Tracey) Parker, Derren Parker, Nickey (Sheryl) Martino, Lisa Martino, Steven (Christina) Martino, Jessica Martino, Marty Comans and Bobby (Mendi) Comans and 16 great-grandchildren. Also left to cherish her memory is her best friend, Mary Romero. Pallbearers are her great-grandsons, Louie Carroll, Cody Carroll, Jake Parker, Grant Parker, Steven Martino Marty Comans, and Bobby Comans. Funeral Services will be Monday, February 22, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Friends may visit from 9:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Bosarge Cemetery.
