Maureen Taylor Brown

Maureen Taylor Brown, age 60, of Petal, died on Saturday, May 20, 2006 at Singing River Hospital in Pascagoula. A native of Vancleave, Ms. Brown was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints of Hattiesburg. She was a former employee of Ingalls shipbuilding and Swetman Security. Ms. Brown was preceded in death by her father, Maurice C. Taylor. Ms. Brown is survived by her son, Kevin Roberts of Houston, Texas; her mother, Cleo Taylor of Ocean Springs; her brother, Clifton Donnel "Donnie" Taylor, Sr. of Biloxi; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church of Vancleave on Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at 11:00am where friends may visit one hour prior to service time. Burial to follow in the church cemetery. The service will be conducted by Bishop Jimmy Underwood, Church of the Latter Day Saints of Ocean Springs. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes Ocean Springs in charge of arrangements. At the family's request, memorials can be made to the charity of one's choice.
