Michael R. Cuevas, age 61, passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020. He was born in Gulfport and was a lifelong resident of the coast. He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph J. Cuevas; his step-father, Dr. Ray H. Stewart; and grandparents, Ella C. Lenaz and Harold W. Lenaz. He is survived by a daughter, Kayla M. Cuevas Deschamp (Collin); a son, Michael J. Cuevas; his best friend/sister, Dr. Sarah H. Burns; a brother, David W. Cuevas; his mother, Garnett C. Stewart; three grandchildren, Joseph T. Cuevas, Sophia M.
