Michael Paul Flatz, age 65, of Biloxi, MS died Thursday, March 21, 2013 in Biloxi. He served in the U.S.Army. He is survived by a daughter, Tonya Troy of Burns Harbor,Indiana; three brothers, Jerry, Stephen, Jr., and James Flatz; and three grandchildren.
