Michael David Ledkins

Michael David Ledkins, 61, of Gulfport, MS passed away on Monday, November 20, 2023 in Gulfport.

He was born on November 22, 1961 in Homestead, FL to Wayne Ledkins and August Cox.  He was employed as a truck driver and transported heavy equipment for Puckett Machinery.  He loved fishing and wood crafting.

Michael was preceded in death by his father.  He is survived by his mother; his spouse, Gina Ledkins; his children, Debra Kilbert, Shelley Stillwell, Jennifer Rachal and Alvin James Stillwell III; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; siblings, Cindy Prewitt and Clay Ledkins and his dog, Gizmo.

The family would like to give special thanks to Samantha, Jamie and Chris of Gentiva Hospice for their care of Michael and to their neighbors, Lori and James Swank, for their help.

Visitation will be Saturday, November 25, 2023 from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m. at the O’Neal Road Chapel of Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home in Gulfport.  A funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m.  Interment will be in Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens in Long Beach, MS.
