Michael “Mike” Ladner, age 65, of Madison, AL ascended into Heaven to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 13, 2013.
Mike was a former resident of Ocean Springs before moving to Madison, AL. He retired from Keesler Air Force Base as a civil servant and was a retired Master Sergeant with the 403rd Airlift Wing.
Mike is preceded in death by his parents, Anthony James Ladner, Sr. and Malena Cuevas Ladner.
His survivors include his wife of 24 years, Vicki Clemmons Ladner; his daughters, Amy Miller and Jennifer Ladner; his sister, Margaret Ladner (Tom) Haddox; his brother, Anthony J. Ladner, Jr.; his brother-in-law, Billy Clemmons, Jr.; his grandchildren, Issak Miller and Rebekah Miller; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Mike to the American Cancer Society, 417 Security Square, Gulfport, MS 39507.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. Friends may visit from 9:30 a.m. until mass time. Interment will be at 2:00 p.m. at the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Spanish Fort.
