Michael Ellis Moses III

Michael Ellis Moses, III passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at the age of 30 in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. He was born in Gulfport, Mississippi on June 14,1992 to Dr. Michael Ellis Moses, Jr. and Kelly Jaye Moses. Michael attended Nativity BVM Catholic Elementary School and St. Stanislaus Catholic High School and graduated from Diamond Ranch Academy in Hurricane, Utah. He enjoyed fishing, music, and spending time with his family and son.

Michael is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Michael Ellis Moses, Sr. and Margaret Moses of Vicksburg, Mississippi, and his maternal grandfather, James Calvin Grissom of Gulfport, Mississippi.

 He is survived by his partner, Victoria Elizabeth Barr; son, Liam Charles Moses; parents; maternal grandmother, Jerry Lee Grissom; sister, Molly Jaye Moses McGuffee (Justin); and nieces, Charleston Lee and Sarah-Ellis Anne McGuffee.

Private services will be held by Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15^th Street, Gulfport is honored to serve the Moses family.
