Michelle Laurèn Hill of Gulfport, MS passed away on Friday, December 30, 2022. She was born on July 26, 1975 and was adopted at three weeks old by Lawrence and Cindy Hill. She enjoyed long talks with her mother and was truly a daddy's girl. Michelle was a joyful child and played a mothering role to her younger sisters and close cousins. She used her mothering passion to care for strays and injured wildlife and this trended through her adult life working in security and healthcare. Michelle's dogs were her babies, and she loved her nieces and nephews as her own, taking pride in all their accomplishments. Though Michelle suffered from depression, she could fill a room with her full-bodied chuckles, making everyone around laugh with her. She was such a fun spirit and always willing to celebrate or go on an adventure. She would go on adventures fully decked out in her Halloween costumes, princess crowns and glitter, and anything fun and different that she could find to wear. She appreciated all the little things in life and was very sentimental to objects and events, such as camping with loved ones. Michelle's serious side found a passion to design and donate costumes to lift people's spirits. She was enrolled in Medical Coding classes at Blue Cliff College and finished her first semester with all A’s and had recently celebrated 16 years sober, when she sadly and surprisingly passed away from an unknown medical issue. Michelle was truly a unicorn: unique in every way. She was strong, she was spunky, and she will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
