Mike Dickson

Samuel Michael Dickson of Ocean Springs died peacefully at home on March 16, 2011, at age 63 after a life full of love, service and Christian witness. The child of the late Reverend N.A. and Mary Dickson of Columbia, Mike is survived by his wife, Mildred, his two sons, Kris and Nathan, and their respective families – Alison, Leighton, and Davis Dickson of Atlanta, GA, and Vaughan and Sam Dickson of Union Springs, AL. He is also survived by his siblings, Marilyn Foxworth of Columbia, Steve Dickson of Canton, and Jan Dickson Hunter of Birmingham, AL. His loving extended family also includes Merchants & Marine Bank and St. Paul United Methodist Church. Visitation will be on Friday, March 18, 2011, from 6-8 p.m. at Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home in Ocean Springs. The funeral will be on Saturday, March 19, 2011, at 10 a.m. at the downtown campus of St. Paul United Methodist Church on Porter Ave. in Ocean Springs.
