Mildred DeIorio

Mildred “Millie” DeIorio, 82, of D’Iberville, MS passed away on Monday, December 19, 2011. She is a native of Leonville, LA and has been a resident of the coast since 1958. She and her husband of 66 years, Arthur, were owners and operators of the Sugar Mill Restaurant and Lounge in Gulfport. She enjoyed traveling, hunting, fishing, cooking, dancing and spending time with her children and family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Louis F. and Regina Stelly Lanclos, and her brother, Lee Lanclos. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Arthur Philip DeIorio of D’iberville; a daughter, Patricia “Trish” (Marc) Moran, Biloxi; two sons, Joseph A. “J.A.” (Elizabeth) DeIorio of Ocean Springs, Steven W. (Carolyn) DeIorio of Biloxi, a sister, Tina Benoit of Arnaville, LA, six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be on Friday, December 23, 2011 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church and 12:00 p.m. Friends may visit at the church from 10:00 a.m. until Mass time. Interment will follow at D’Iberville Memorial Park.
