Mildred "Jackie" Hood

Mildred “Jackie” Hood, 95, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2012. Jackie was born November 20, 1916. She had been a 30 year resident of Vancleave, MS. She was also a member of First Baptist Church of Vancleave. She is preceded in death by her husband, Howard Hood; sons, Harold and Eddy Hood. Jackie is survived by her son, Bill Hood; grandsons, Darryl (Jackie) Hood of Texas, Bill Hood, Jr. of California; daughters-in-law, Joan Mouchett and Maxine Wiggins. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Vancleave Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral. Friends may visit from 10:30 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Vancleave #1 Cemetery.
