Minnie Sara Lindsey

Mrs. Minnie S. Lindsey, 86, of Biloxi, MS, died Thursday, May 21, 2009, in Biloxi. Born March 16, 1923, in Hattiesburg, MS, Minnie was the daughter of the late Tom and Bess Giles. She had been a longtime resident of Biloxi. Minnie is survived by a daughter, Sherry Ann Jorns of Hattiesburg; son, Thomas Crawford of Mobile, AL; five grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Margaret Odom and Katherine Smith; and a brother, Olin Giles. Private graveside services will be held by the family at Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens.
