Mona Kelly Fagan, 87, of Biloxi died Monday, April 29, 2024, in Biloxi.

Mrs. Fagan was born in Hattiesburg and was a long time resident of the Coast.

Survivors include her daughter, Carrie; two grandsons, and brother, Alton Kelly, Sr.

A private service will be held.
