Morley Lynn Mason, 85 years old of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on December 22, 2024.
He was born on November 29, 1939 in Fresno, CA to Morley Jack Mason and Viola Carter Mason. He attained a Bachelors of Science, Masters of Business Administration, and Masters of Religious Education. Morley was a missionary in South East Asia for thirteen years and then became the Chaplain of our local Ocean Springs Hospital and as an active member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary, he served as both Chaplain and a public affairs officer. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend to anyone he happened to meet. His primary goal later in life was to spread the love and word of God in a hope to win souls and make the world a more loving place. His sincere and kind heart, loving nature, and jovial sense of humor made him a joy to be around and easy to learn from for all ages and walks of life. May the seeds of knowledge and kindness he planted around the world, continue to grow for many generations to come.
He was preceded in death by his father, Morley Jack (Catherine) Mason; and biological mom, Viola Carter Mason.
