Morris Morgan

Mr. Morris L. Morgan, 81, of D'Iberville, Mississippi died Sunday, March 11, 2007. He was born June 10, 1925 in Covington County, Mississippi. Mr. Morgan served in the United States Army and was a retired fireman from the Keesler Air Force Base Fire Department. He was a member of Big Ridge Baptist Church, Big Ridge Road, D'Iberville, MS 39540. Mr. Morgan was preceded in death by a son, Tony Ray Morgan, his parents, Hasty J. and Mabel Smith Morgan, brothers, D.L. Morgan, Ralph Morgan, Harry Morgan, James Morgan and sisters, Bernice Morgan Gilbert and Gladys Morgan Eaton. Mr. Morgan leaves to cherish golden memories, his wife of 62 years, Juanita Rawls Morgan, son and wife, Jimmie and Debbie Morgan of Woolmarket, son and wife, Jessie and Barbara Morgan of Aiken, South Carolina, grandsons, Benjamin and Jonathan Morgan of Woolmarket, grandsons Brad and Daniel Morgan of Aiken, South Carolina, a sister, Ruth Morgan Baragar of Woolmarket and numerous other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers Memorial Contributions to the Big Ridge Baptist Church Building Fund.
