Mr. Albert E. Yarbrough

Mr. Albert E. Yarbrough, age 84, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Thursday, January 5, 2006, in Ocean Springs. Mr. Yarbrough was a resident of the community for 15 years. He was a retired vice president of the Teamsters Union 612 and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Maude Yarbrough, two brothers and two sisters. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Guest Yarbrough of Ocean Springs, MS., three daughters, Judy Wilson and husband, Ross, of Birmingham, AL., Rebecca Wallace and husband, Dan, of Equality, AL., Rachel Powers and husband, Gene, of Sterritt, AL., one stepson, Karlin Pycha, and wife, Helen, of D'Iberville, MS., eight grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, father-in-law Lester Taylor of Biloxi, and cherished niece, Marta and Roland Williams of Ocean Springs. The family would like to thank Hospice of Light for their tireless hours and devoted care, Shonda Matthews, Barbara Agent, and Glenda Lininger, and social worker Julia Wasvick. Visitation will be on Saturday, January 7, 2006, from 6-9 PM, at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. On Sunday, January 8, 2006, there will be a 2 PM chapel service in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park.
