Mr. Carleton Ferguson

Mr. Carlton W. "Carl" Ferguson, age 69, of Vancleave, MS., died Thursday, October 4, 2007, in Vancleave. Mr. Ferguson was born in Jackson County and remained a lifelong resident of Jackson County. He was the Stable Manager of Gulf Hills Dude Ranch for 22 years and then worked with Venus Farm Supply for another 10 years. He was preceded in death by his mother, Willmetti Ferguson and his first wife, Sherry Ann Premeaux Ferguson. Survivors include his wife, Reba Ferguson of Vancleave, MS., daughter, Carla Gaye Browning of Arizona, son, Joseph Wayne Ferguson of Vancleave, MS., father, Conard James Ferguson of Ocean Springs, MS., sister, Elzie Mae Davis of Latimer, three brothers, Rodney C. Ferguson, Lanny D. Ferguson, and Conard E. Ferguson, all of Ocean Springs, MS., four grandchildren, Richard and Christopher Browning and Trinity and Luke Ferguson, two nephews and four nieces. Visitation will be on Friday, October 12, 2007, from 6-9 PM, at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. On Saturday, October 13, 2007, there will be a 10 AM chapel service in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Bosarge Cemetery in Jackson County, MS.
