Mrs. Lessie M. Davis Hinckle

Mrs. Lessie M. Davis Hinkle, age 86, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Thursday, April 21, 2005, in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Hinkle was a lifelong resident of the community and a homemaker. She was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Hinkle, daughter, Verna Mae Gibson and her parents, Fred and Tesola Fountain Davis. She is survived by two daughters, Brenda Landrum of Ocean Springs and Mary Tanner of D'Iberville, two sisters, Laura Mae Scarbrough of Hattiesburg and Loraine Schneider of Ocean Springs, four grandchildren, Howard Tanner and Anthony Tanner, both of D'Iberville,Ricky Gibson of Conroe, TX., Trish Anglada of Gulfport, and five great-grandchildren, Trey Anglada and Tori Anglada, both of Gulfport, Cody Tanner of St. Martin Community, Josh and Jacob Gibson, both of Conroe, Texas. Visitation will be on Sunday, April 24, 2005, from 6-9 PM, 7 PM Rosary, at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. On Monday, April 25, 2005, there will be an 11 AM Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Seymour Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Howard Tanner, Anthony Tanner, Glenn Anglada, Ricky Gibson, Shelton Scarbrough, and Jerry Schneider. The family wished to thank the staff and doctors at Ocean Springs Hospital.
