Ms. Candise Darling

Ms. Candise Darling, 71, passed away Thursday, October 12, 2023.

Ms. Darling was born in Gulfport, MS where she resided throughout her life and was a member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Gulfport. She was a former stockbroker prior to raising a family, and later in life became a teacher's assistant at Anniston Elementary School. Ms. Darling fiercely loved her sons, students, and pets. She loved spending quality time and deepening connections with those around her. Her legacy is founded on her desire to always give of herself to those in need.

Ms. Darling was preceded in death by her father, Curtis P. Darling, and mother, Louise C. Darling.

Survivors include her two sons, Mark Knesal and Brent Knesal.

A memorial service will be held at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Gulfport on Thursday, November 2, 2023 with visitation at 4:00 PM and services at 5:00 PM. Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home, 15^th Street, Gulfport is in charge of arrangements with flowers provided by Sadie Jane's.
