Miss. Myrtle Grady, 76, of Biloxi, MS, died Sunday, April 23, 2006, in Biloxi.
Miss. Grady was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi She was a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in D'Iberville. Miss. Grady was employed with Frank P. Corso as an accountant and retired in 1993 after 44 years of service. She was a member of the Red Hat Society.
Miss. Grady was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Lily Rushing Grady; three brothers, Henry Grady and his wife, Ruby, Gene Grady, and Frank Grady; two sisters, Louise Grady Bergeron and Rose Mary Grady Martin, and her brother-in-law, Vernon K. Gilly.
Survivors include two sisters, Lily Grady Gilly and Audrey Gilly; two brothers, Ennis Grady and his wife, Yvonne, and Richard Grady and his wife, Delores; one brother-in-law, Marcus Martin; two sisters-in-law, Madeline Grady and Irene Grady; loving nephews, nieces, great nephews and nieces, great-great nephews and nieces.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, April 26, 2006, at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church where friends may visit one hour before service time. Interment will follow in Biloxi City Cemetery.
The family wishes to express a special thanks to Father Dennis Harlow, Dr. Edgar Hull, Mrs. Laurie Grady, and Hospice of Light.
