Myrtle Louise Reece Gray

yrtle Louise "Tootie" Reece Gray, 79, of Ocean Springs, MS, died Saturday, March 5, 2011, in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Gray was born in Biloxi and remained a lifelong resident of the coast. She was preceded in death by her parents, Caleb and Katie Griffin Reece; three sisters, Judy Carroll Freed, Gladys Reece Carroll and Betty Carroll Walraven; and four brothers, Richmond Reece, Elmer Reece, Hardy Reece and Everett "Doot" Reece. She is survived by three daughters, Catherine Candy Newman, Donna Stafford (Ray) Meyer, and Robin Gray (Greg) Miller; one son, Billy Stafford; one sister, Mary Reece Balius; three brothers, Jesse Carroll, James "Sonny" Reece, and Perry "Monkey" Reece; and two grandchildren, Rachael and Matthew. A memorial service is Thursday, March 10, 2011, at 2 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, in Biloxi where friends may visit from 12 noon until service time.
