Nancy Nunnally Estep

Nancy Nunnally Estep, 63, of Tampa, Florida, peacefully went home to our Lord on April 16, 2014. Nancy was born to Jo Ella and Boyce Nunnally on January 25, 1951, in Gulfport, MS. She grew up in Gulfport as an avid sailor, and attended William Woods College and then The University of Southern Mississippi. Nancy married Terry Lawrence Estep of Biloxi, MS in September 1970, with whom she had three children: Clayton, Parker, and Sarah. After living in Alabama, New Mexico, Louisiana, and South Carolina, she and her family settled in Niceville, Florida in 1986. In Niceville, Nancy began a successful real estate career, but her first and primary job was that of caring for her children. Nancy moved to Tampa, FL in 2000 to sell real estate, and was soon blessed with 2 granddaughters, Payton & Presley, who she helped raise. Nancy was very involved in political campaigns in Tampa, as she was committed to helping make a difference for future generations. Nancy thoroughly loved scuba diving, and travelled around the world to dive. She also loved boating, gardening, reading, investing, cooking, bridge, and politics. Nancy's greatest passions, however, were her children and grandchildren. She was affectionately known to her grandchildren as "CiCi," and took every chance to spend time with them. Nancy was able to bring together her whole family for Thanksgiving in 2013, and she said over and over that it was the best week of her life. Nancy is survived by her sons Clayton (Stephanie) of Peachtree City, GA and Parker of Tampa, FL, daughter Sarah Evans (Adam) of Rogers, AR, and grandchildren Payton, Presley, Davis, and Reagan. Visitation will be held at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport, from 11am-12:45pm on Thursday, April 24, 2014. The funeral service will be held at St. Peter's By the Sea Episcopal Church in Gulfport, MS, at 1pm Thursday. A private graveside service will be held at Southern Memorial Park, Biloxi. The family prefers memorial donations to Make a Wish of Central & Northern Florida, 324 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Suite 203, Tampa, FL 33606. View and sign register book at www.bradfordokeefe.com
