Naomi Barr Meyer

Mrs. Naomi Barr Meyer, age 75, passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2016, in Biloxi. Mrs. Meyer was a native of Taylorsville, MS in Smith County and had been a longtime resident of the MS Gulf Coast. She was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church and formerly employed as corporate secretary/bookkeeper for Bud's Mobile Homes. Mrs. Meyer was preceded in death by her husband, William J. "Bill" Meyer; her parents, LeDrew and Rachel Ainsworth Barr; and a step-daughter, Debbie. She is survived by her daughter, Misha Andre (Ernie) Brown; step-children, Kimmy, Tony, Barbara, Billy, John and Tommy; sister, Beverly G. (Paul) Dokken; brothers, Michael D. (Becky) Barr and Wayne (Katie) Barr; nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers the family prefers that memorials be made to Fatima Church Sacred Music Teacher Fund, Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 2090 Pass Rd., Biloxi, MS 39531, or to French Camp Academy, 1 Fine Place, French Camp, MS 39745. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 18, 2016, at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 2511 Pass Rd., in Biloxi where friends may visit one hour before service time. Interment will follow in Southern Memorial Park.
