Nora Kathleen Miller, age 82, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2024.
Nora was born on November 1, 1942 in Savannah, Georgia to Clyde Black and Mary Hodges. She attended Gulf Coast Community College. She was a manager of Soup Kitchen in Biloxi, manager of elementary school cafeterias, and a realtor. Nora was an avid sports fan for the Braves, Georgia Bulldogs, and Falcons. To show her support of her teams, she had two of her prized possessions, her Blooper blanket and her Bulldogs sweatshirt. She was an active member of St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church and Air Force Sergeants Association Auxiliary. Nora participated with her husband, Gill, in many Rotary events and volunteered for Cruising the Coast for many years. She and her husband, Gill, often combined two of their favorite things - Disney and camping, spending many a spring, fall and Thanksgivings camping at Ft Wilderness while visiting with friends and family who could join in on the fun.
Nora is preceded in death by her parents, Clyde Black and Mary Hodges; her brother, Clyde Black; her husband, Gill Miller; and by her sons, Charles Gill Miller, Marcus Miller, and Glenn Miller.
Left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Belinda Remley, and her husband, Keith Remley; her daughter-in-law, Linda Miller; her grandchildren, Kyle Remley and his wife Hilary, Briana Awtrey, Taylor Miller, Katy Remley, Christine Miller, Claire Remley, and CJ Remley.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, November 22, 2024 at 10 a.m. St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church. Family and friends may visit after the service. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
