Nora loved her family and friends, her church, and her community. She loved living in Ocean Springs, a town she felt blessed to call home for nearly sixty years. She enjoyed visits back to New Orleans, where she had lived and studied and worked in the 1940s. She also stayed connected to her Tupelo roots, keeping in touch with friends of her youth who also were granted long lives. She saw many parts of the United States and took a memorable trip to England, but she was always happy to return home to her beloved Ocean Springs.
Visitation will be on Sunday, May 17, from 2pm until 3pm, with a 3pm chapel service, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home.
