Norma Eileen James

Norma Eileen Kelly James, 83 of Mobile, AL passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 in Pensacola, FL.

She was born on December 24, 1940 in Panama, Republic of Panama to Mountage Richard Kelly and Olga Grant Kelly. She graduated High School. She loved sewing, baking, and some crafts. She was a dedicated wife and Homemaker.

Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. James; and parents.

She is survived by her children, Larissa D. James and Vielca N. James; siblings, Amelia E. McAdams and Ricardo T. Kelly; and nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue. Friends may visit one hour prior. Burial will follow at the Biloxi National Cemetery.

Loved by all, Norma is at peace. She will be buried with her husband of forty-one years, Robert James, in Biloxi, MS at the Biloxi National Cemetery.
