Norman Paul Young

Norman Paul Young, age 81, of McHenry, MS, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2014. Mr. Young was a native of Kentucky and a former resident of McHenry, MS. He retired from the US Navy and was a member and volunteer of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Wiggins and a member of the VFW and the Disabled American Veterans. Mr. Young is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Margaret Groh Young. Survivors include his daughter, Carolyn E. young; son, David L. Young; grandson, Matthew P. Cassidy; sister, Evelyn Payne; and brothers, Robert Young and Father Valentine Young, OFM. Services will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. Friends may visit form 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Burial will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery with Military Honors.
