Opal Rebecca Seymour

Opal Rebecca Seymour, age 69, of Vancleave, MS., died Thursday, September 2, 2010 in Vancleave. Ms. Seymour was a life long resident of the Gulf Coast and was a member of Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Carlia Seymour; father, C.G. Gibson; mother, Bessie Quave Gibson; and two brothers, Larkin Gibson and Eldon Ladnier. Survivors include her son, Carley W. (Linda) Seymour, Jr.; daughter, Susan Paulette Frady; grandson, Kent Lee Seymour; sisters, Frances Mattingly and Cecile Inabinette; her aunt, Katie Jackson; twelve grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 5, 2010 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be on Monday, September 6, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. where friends may visit one hour prior all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Interment will be in Antioch Cemetery.
