Ouida Merle Ford passed away Sunday, December 2, 2007 after a brief illness.
Services will be at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, in Gulfport, Mississippi.
Visitation will be Wednesday December 5, 2007 at 10:30am, services will follow at 11:30am and interment in Biloxi National Cemetery.
Quida was preceded in death by her Mother Edna Stockman and her Father Percy Harper; her brother Sonny Harper; a step-son Mark Ford; and her husband Willie E. Ford.
She is survived by her sister Jeanette Sumrall of Gulfport, Mississippi; her son Thomas Aubrey and wife, Nancy Jowers of Bethany, Louisiana; two grandsons; Shane and wife, Charlayne Cary, Jeremy and wife, Melissa Cary; two great-grand children Grayson Aubrey and Taylor Grace; a nephew, Alan and wife, Polly Pace; her niece, Robin and husband, Frank Jones.
She was a member of Bexley Baptist Church of Lucedale, Mississippi.
Ouida was a nurse for twenty years in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Four years after her husband died, she moved to Bethany, Louisiana to be close to her children and grand children.
