Pamela Hebert Smith

Mrs. Pamela Hebert Smith, 54, of Biloxi, MS, died Thursday, January 18, 2007, in Biloxi. Mrs. Smith was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi and of the Methodist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Betty and Frederick Hebert. Survivors include two daughters, Heather Rice of Biloxi and Brandi Kelley, her husband, Bruce, and their daughter, Olivia, all of Ocean Springs; two sisters, Debbie Dean and Diane Kent of Biloxi, and one brother, Frederick "Bubba" Hebert, Jr. of Biloxi. A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 28, 2007, at 2 p.m. at Heritage United Methodist Church, 4322 Popps Ferry Road, D'Iberville, MS. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
