Patricia Florence Drake

Mrs. Patricia Florence Drake, age 71, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Wednesday, September 30, 2009, in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Drake was born in West Ham, London, England, and was a coast resident since 1966. She was an avid bowler, a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Mrs. Drake was also a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lillian Ellen Benstead and William Albert Benstead and a grandson, Michael Anthony Drake. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Joe R. Drake, a daughter, Teresa Lynn Lee, both of Ocean Springs, MS., a son, Michael Mark (Rebecca Ann) Drake of Lucedale, MS., three grandchildren, Ryan Lee Mason of Ocean Springs, MS., Melissa Ann Drake of Lucedale, MS. and Justin Paul Aucoin of Ocean Springs, MS., and two great-grandchildren, Kynleigh Rose Drake and Austin Dean Tanner, both of Lucedale, MS. Visitation will be on Friday, October 2, 2009, from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM, with a 3:00 PM chapel service, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park.
