Patty Skinner

Patrecia “Patty” Ann Skinner, 66, passed away on Friday, February, 3, 2017 in Ocean Springs, MS. Patty was born December 17, 1950 in Japan. She retired from the Gulf Coast Women’s Center for Non-Violence and was a member of the Woman of the Moose and Fraternal Order of Eagles. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward Sidney Ward and Yoko Ann Ward. She is survived by her spouse Bob Austin; children, Tracy Michelle (Paul) Cirbus and Melanie Josette (Aaron) Mowery; grandchildren, Victoria, Ethan, Savannah, Grayson and Grady; siblings, Lulu Beall and Luther Ward; and pets, Emma, Lulu and Maggie. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations to be made to the Gulf Coast Women’s Center for Nonviolence. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue in Biloxi from 1:30 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m.
