Patty B. Williams, age 78 of Vancleave, MS passed away on January 6, 2021.
She was born on April 25, 1942 to Hesekiah and Louise Bang. She went to Vancleave Live Oak Indian School. She was an Elder and Sunday School teacher of Vancleave Holiness Church. She faithfully served her Lord and Savior for forty-seven years and served her family, extended family, church, and community as a much beloved and well-respected Matriarch.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hesekish and Louise Bang; and child, James Dewayne “Jamsie”; and numerous brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her children, Charlie Craig (Dawn) Anderson, Johnene (Doug) Priddy, Christine (Eugene) Waltman, and Joey Williams; her extended children, Virginia Baxter, Bobbie Jean Myers, and Anita Ely and family; siblings, Shirley White, Myrtle Waltman, Annie Covacevich, Issac “Bud” Bang, and Raz “Booster” Bang; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
The family would like to extend a thank you to Pastor Aaron, and his wife Sister Monica, Vancleave Holiness Church Community.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Saturday, January 9, 2021 and a service at 10:00 am on Sunday, January 10, 2021 all at Vancleave Holiness Church. Burial will take place at Beulah Cemetery in Vancleave, MS.
