Paul Douglas Fayard

Paul Douglas Fayard, Jr., age 34, left this earth early on Sunday, September 28, 2014. Paul was born in Biloxi to his parents, Paul Douglas Fayard, Sr. and Charlotte (Wayne) Fayard-Hennig. He was later joined by his sisters LesLeigh (Chris) Fayard-Mason and Heather Fayard. He attended Biloxi High School where he graduated in 1998. He was active in baseball, football #44 and soccer #4. He attended MGCCC and Mississippi State. Paul married Valarie Hilburn-Tanner and they became parents to Noah Aiden Fayard of Lucedale. He worked for Adriatic Marine and spent most of his life on the water or in the woods. He loved sharing his pictures of sunrises and sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico. Paul is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents O.L. and Ann Fayard; his maternal grandmother, Peggy Ford; and his uncle, Ozzie Fayard. Survivors include his parents; sisters; his son; as well as his nephew, Koen Mason; and niece, Avery Mason. He also leaves behind many family members and friends. Services will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. Friends may visit from 10:00 until 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at White Plains United Methodist Church Cemetery.
