Paul Kenneth Upton

Paul Kenneth Upton, age 94, of Gulfport passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2023.

Mr. Upton was born in Mendenhall, MS and was a resident of Gulfport most of his life. He was a member of Fernwood Baptist Church. Mr. Upton served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was retired from Life of George Insurance.

Mr. Upton was preceded in death by his wife, Jimmie Nell Ates Upton.

Survivors include his son, Michael Upton and his wife, Cindy, of Houston, TX; grandson, Kenneth Michael Upton (Christi Love); granddaughter, Christina Upton Pace (Ashton Pace) and Kaylee Medve (Brandon); adopted granddaughter, Shayla Pierson; and great-grandchildren, Kiley Upton, Brantley Pace, Bryden Pace, and Brody Pace.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 14, 2023 at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15^th Street, Gulfport from 8:30 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. The funeral service will be at 9:45 a.m. Interment will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery with honors by the U.S. Army. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15^th Street, Gulfport is honored to serve the Upton family.
