Pearl Rice

Pearl Josephine LeBatard Rice, 87 years, of Biloxi MS, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2006, in Dayton OH. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Homer V. Rice, Jr. and her granddaughter, Marion Rene Rice. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Homer V. Rice, III and Kay of OH and three granddaughters, Terri White (Scott) of MI, Dawn Rice and Elise Blanco of OH and three great granddaughters, Randi Maxwell (Michael) and Samantha White of MI and Devin Nicole Hutchinson of TX along with two great great granddaughters, Chloe and Madison Maxwell of MI, and a number of nieces and nephews in the Biloxi area. Pearl retired from the Daily Herald after 20 plus years of faithful service. Visitation will be Friday, Decemeber 8, 2006, from 9 until 10 a.m. at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi. Graveside services will follow at Biloxi City Cemetery.
