Peggy Mae Huckaby Dean

Mrs. Peggy Dean, age 85, passed away July 28, 2018, in Biloxi, MS. Mrs. Dean was born in Forest City, NC and had been a longtime resident of the Gulf Coast. As the wife of an Air Force Chief Master Sergeant, she traveled extensively and was retired from AAFES at Keesler AFB as a customer service clerk. She served as a volunteer with the American Red Cross in her spare time. Mrs. Dean loved everyone especially children. Mrs. Dean was preceded in death by her parents, Boyd M. and Ella Mae Huckaby, and her husband, Rudolph K. Dean, Sr. She is survived by her daughter, Diane Twomey; her son, Rudolph K. Dean, Jr.; and five grandchildren, Michelle, Daniel, Michael, Colleen and Kliegh. Mrs. Dean was a loving and caring mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed. Visitation is Wednesday, August 1, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 2511 Pass Road, in Biloxi.
