Infant Phillip Drake Johnson, 6 weeks old, of Moss Point, MS, died Saturday, November 14, 2009, in Vancleave. Phillip was born in Mobile, AL. He is survived by his parents, Phillip Johnson and Jessica Shumock of Moss Point; sisters, Allysan Shumock and Brooklyn Johnson; maternal grandparents, Jerry Shumock and Sherri Sellers of Moss Point and step-grandfather, Robert Roberts of Moss Point; paternal grandparents, Phillip and Anita Johnson of Vancleave; maternal great grandparents, Joe and Elaine Graham of Lucedale, MS; paternal great grandparents, Rev. Stephen Morris and Julia Morris of Mount Pleasant, SC; great grandmother, Margie Johnson, great grandfather, Phillip Johnson, Sr. of Vancleave; great grandmother, Romina Baria of Hurley, MS; great grandfather, Alsey Shumock of Big Point, MS; and numerous aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be 2 p. m., Tuesday, November 17, 2009, at Hurley United Methodist Church, 21901 Hwy. 613, Hurley, MS, where friends may visit from 12 noon until service time. Phillip will be sent to Dial-Murray Funeral Home in Moncks Corner, SC, for further services and burial in Pioneer Cemetery. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 675 Howard Ave., Biloxi, is in charge of services.
