Mr. Ralph L. Fox, 85, of Biloxi, MS, died Tuesday, January 4, 2011, in Biloxi.
Mr. Fox was born in Chicago, Illinois and had been a resident of the coast for the past 22 years. He was a U. S. Army veteran and owner of Fox Rollarena in Monroe, LA. He was the 1997 Mardi Gras King of Fantasia, he served for several years at the Mardi Gras Museum in Biloxi and he was also a member of Biloxi Elks Lodge #606. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who will be missed by all who knew him.
Mr. Fox was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph, Sr. and Ella Fox; sister, Delores Ingrassia; and his brother, Billy Fox. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Dorothy Fox; four daughters, Janet (Mike) Fishback, of Roseville, MN, Patricia (Scott) Wehr of Moundsview, MN, Carla Lassen of Fridley, MN, and Karen (Jack) Holmes of D'Iberville; two sons, Ralph L. Fox, III of Gonzales, LA, and David Tullis of Stacey, MN; ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Visitation is Sunday, January 9, 2011, from 5 until 7 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Pass Road, in Biloxi. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Bethel Lutheran Church. Inurnment will be Wednesday, January 12, 2011, at 12:30 p.m. in Biloxi National Cemetery.
