Ralph L. Wilson, 84, of Biloxi, MS, died Wednesday, February 9, 2005 in Ocean Springs, MS.
Mr. Wilson was born in Woodville, AL. and resided on the coast since 1949. He was in the US Army Air Corps and also a veteran of WWII. He retired from Keesler Air Force Base as a Civil Service Electronic Instructor. He received a B.S. degree from American TV Institute of Technology.
Mr. Wilson was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Gulfport and served as trustee.
He is preceded in death by his parents J.A. and Elgie Wilson, his wife, Sarah Wilson, son James E. Wilson and sister, Lorene Childers.
Mr. Wilson is survived by daughter, Ila, husband Gene Higginbotham, of Saucier, MS., two sons, Ralph Alan Wilson, wife Deborah, of Saucier, MS., and Edward Wilson, wife Debbie, of Ocean Springs, MS, daughter-in-law, Kristi Wilson, sister, Rozene Copas and three brothers, Kenneth Wilson, wife Virginia, Ovid Wilson, and Coleman Wilson, wife Myra. He also has 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 11, 2005 from 6pm-9pm at the Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Ave., Biloxi, MS. Services will be on Saturday, February 12, 2005 at 1 pm at the Range Cemetery in Range, Alabama.
