Randall Keith Sisson, Sr., 56 years of age, passed away Saturday night, August 20, 2011. A Biloxi resident for 46 years.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Opal Sisson, and father, Manuel Sisson.
A loving husband, father, and grandfather, he will be greatly missed by family and friends.
A former detective with the Biloxi Police Department, he left the force in 1987 to become a full-time business owner. The proprietor of Gulf Park Bowling Center in Gulfport, Miss. from 1987-2001, he also spent the last 36 years as the owner of S&S Trophies in Biloxi, Miss., which he operated with his wife and co-founded with his father. For the last 10 years he has been an employee of the Palace Casino where he was most recently the assistant day shift manager.
He leaves behind a loving wife, Deborah Sisson, two sons, Lee Cartwright, of Walters, Okla., and Randall Keith Sisson Jr., a Biloxi High School graduate and Ole Miss alum, as well as his four grandchildren, Tahlor, Wade, Jada, and Deyvon. He also leaves behind many cousins, nieces and nephews that will miss him dearly.
There will be a visitation at Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Ave. in Biloxi, Miss. on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 between 6 and 9 p.m. The funeral will take place at Asbury Methodist Church in Vernon, Ala. where he has been a member since childhood. He will be laid to rest beside his parents at Asbury.
