Randy Holley

Randy Holley, age 80, of Gulfport died Wednesday, November 17, 2010 in Gulfport. He was born in Manifest, LA and had been a resident of the Coast since 1969. He was a production engineer in the oil and gas industry for 25 years and was a retired plumbing and electrical contractor. He was a graduate of Meadville High School and was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Long Beach. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Florence Holley; and three sisters, Della Cowart, Ada Cavalier and Lois Randall Gros. He is survived by his companion, Martha W. Jones; a daughter, Ophelia Jo Holley Greathouse of Houston, Texas; a son, Shane Holley of Tylertown; a sister, Rose Adema of Katy, TX; and four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held Sunday, November 21, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Christ United Methodist Church in Long Beach where friends may visit beginning at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Christ United Methodist Church, 6121 Beatline Road, Long Beach, MS 39560 or the Methodist Children's Home, 14415 Lumpkin Road, Gulfport, MS 39503.
