Raymond Andrew Burke

Raymond Andrew Burke, age 50, of Vancleave, MS., died Tuesday, February 10, 2009, in Biloxi, MS., after his battle with cancer. Ray was born in Chicago, Illinois, and moved to Ocean Springs with his family in 1976. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elaine Burke and a brother, Bryan Burke. Survivors include his father, Richard Burke of Biloxi, sister, Lori Meyers, brother-in-law, Perry Meyers, nieces, Jacie Meyers and Alexis Meyers, all of Vancleave, and step-daughter, Kelly Juzikis and her husband, Rytis, of Ohio. Other relatives include Kenny Burke and family, Lee Burke and family, and the Dorian family, all of Chicago, Illinois, Also surviving Ray are his close and loving friends, Jenny Burke, Alicia Pearce, Lynn Sonnenberg, Cheyenne Roth, Lydia Delancey and his beloved cat, George. On Saturday, February 14, 2009, there will be a 2 PM graveside service at Crestlawn Memorial Park. Father Paddy Mockler will be officiating. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
