Raymond Joseph Michel

Mr. Raymond Joseph Michel, age 86, of Ocean Springs, MS, passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2020, in Gulfport, MS. Mr. Michel was born on August 27, 1934, in Biloxi, MS. He received his Masters Degree in Business. He served in the U.S. Army for two years and worked in Civil Service for 33 years at Keesler Air Force Base. Mr. Michel was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Dorthy Michel. Survivors include his wife, Doris Michel, eight children, 19 grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a sister, Janell Ross. Private services and burial will be held for family. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to the Alzheimers Association or to St. Jude.
