Regina Ann Diestra

Regina Ann “Gina, Gigi” Diestra, age 44 of St. Martin, MS passed away on September 20, 2021 in Ocean Springs, MS. She was born on July 8, 1977 in Jackson, MS. She was a graduate of Lumberton High School, where she graduated with honors and a 3.5 GPA. She was first employed at Subway, where she quickly made her way to a managing position. She worked in a management position for twelve years at Belk and a management position at Court Programs. She enjoyed going to the beach, long hot baths, rock concerts, and cruise ships. Regina was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Eugene Lovelace. She is survived by her spouse, Javier Diestra; children, Zain, Trenten, and Erin Donovan; grandchild, Easton Jace Martin; mother, Debra Ann Breland; and siblings, Amanda Hemphill, Carrie Lovelace, Jennifer Croxton, Tina Soley, Brooke Roberts, and Luke Gilliam. A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, October 1, 2021 at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 911 Porter Ave., Ocean Springs, MS. Friends may visit one hour prior.
