Richard Heise

Richard Heise, 79 of Biloxi, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Thursday, December 11, 2008. Richard was a resident of Biloxi for the past 40 years. He was a retired M/Sgt in the Air Force and served during the Korean and Vietnam Conflicts. Richard was a member of the Gulf Coast Crafts Guild, he and his wife, Evelyn built and sold crafts and furniture. He was a member and past Grand Master of the Masons Fellowship Lodge # 630. He was an active member of First Baptist Church in Biloxi. Richard is preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Heise, his parents, Fred and Pearl Heise and stepson, Michael Whiddon. Survivors include daughter, Margaret Minton of D'Iberville, son, Taylor Whiddon of Biloxi, sisters, Lorraine Lanfsord and Jean Cean, brother, Glenn Heise, all from New York, grandchildren, Taylor Whiddon, Carrie Dennis, Patricia Knowles, Evelyn Sacks, Manning Minton, Michelle Telg, Mike Whiddon and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation is Monday, December 15, 2008 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Service will be Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. Both will take place at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes, Biloxi.
