Richard Lee "Ricky" Cox

Mr. Richard Lee "Ricky" Cox, 28, of Saucier, died Thursday, May 26, 2005, in West Warwick, RI. Mr. Cox was born in Gulfport and was a resident of the coast most of his life. He was a graduate of ROTC at Gulfport High School and he was a structural fitter. Mr. Cox was a Baptist. Survivors include a daughter, Hailey Taylor Cox; his mother, Sharon Cox and his step-father, Jerry Hartfield; his father and step-mother, Pam and Ralph "Tater" Cox; a half-sister, Dana M. Lott, all of Saucier; a brother, Brandon Preston Cox and his great-grandmother, Sadie Cox both of Gulfport and two step-brothers, Bill and Ricky. He was loved by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. who also survive him. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 31, 2005, at the Orange Grove Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, O'Neal Road, where friends may visit one hour before service time. Interment will be in Evergreen Gardens.
