Richard Payne

Richard C. Payne, 62, of Biloxi, died Wednesday, January 17, 2007 in Biloxi. Mr. Payne was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force, a member of the Masonic Lodge, and a Shriner. He was of the Methodist faith. Mr. Payne was preceded in death by his father, Harry C. Payne. Mr. Payne is survived by two daughters, Laura Alvarez and her husband G.T. of Biloxi; and Richelle Sanchez of Sugarland, TX; his mother, Joann Payne of Biloxi; four grandchildren; and a brother, Timothy Payne of Frankton, CO. Mr. Payne was a loving father, son and grandfather. A graveside service will be Monday, January 22, 2007 at 11:00 am in the Biloxi National Cemetery. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes, Pass Road, Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
